& Booking
To ensure the best experience for every client, please review the following policies prior to booking. Thank you!
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24-hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Any rescheduled appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a cancellation & will also result in a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. This payment must be made before booking a future appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment.
Required Card on File
A valid card is required to book all appointments. Cards will only be charged in the event of a cancellation fee, no-show, or applicable policy violation.
Guests
To maintain a relaxing and safe environment, please avoid bringing additional guests unless approved beforehand.
